Our Librarian
Mrs. Byer is the librarian at Bernice Hart ECP Elementary. Mrs. Byer received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin and her Master's of Library Information Science from San Jose State University. Mrs. Byer has been a librarian in Austin ISD for 10 years. In her spare time, she likes to go to the beach, cook and read books!

Library Hours:
Monday-Friday
7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Students visit the library bi-weekly for library lessons and/or stories and check out books. Students who finish books early may visit the library during the week for book exchange during Open Library times.

Our Bookfair is Coming!
Fall 2019 Scholastic Bookfair
November 11-15
Last Spring We Sold 1100 books!
We raised $1050 cash for author visits and book clubs and $500 Scholastic Dollars. 
Since we met our goal, Mrs. Tosh and Mr. Martinez had pies thrown at them. Super Fun!

Our Books 4 Me program will take place twice this school year. Students will receive 3 free books this school year.
The first week for Books 4 Me will be:
